We were afforded an opportunity to move abroad earlier this year. My biggest concern was the selection of a reputable pet relocation company that understood that my furry friends are my babies and would take the absolute best care of them during the relocation process.

My vet recommended the top three that she has worked with in the past and I contacted them. Of the three, Keringa-Petwings responded immediately and were extremely professional. After Danielle had introduced herself we set up a face-to-face meeting to meet with her and the team that would be responsible for the process and handling of my babies. She understood that Amber and Diesel are extremely important to me. She showed me their facilities, introduced me to the handlers, and took me through the process.

Danielle provided the requirements to be met before relocating. We set up a second appointment to meet with Amber and Diesel to ensure that we had their correct measurements and that they would be comfortable in their containers during the flight.

I was a very nervous mom, had many questions, and made and sent numerous phone calls and emails. Through all of this, Danielle was always very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and reassure me. Keringa-Petwings delivered my crates to the house for crate training, made sure that all documentation was in order, and took care of all the stressful administrative items in order for me to focus on the wellbeing of my furries.

Danielle constantly kept in contact informing me of the next steps as she realised it was hugely stressful for me to entrust someone else with Diesel and Amber's wellbeing.
