Toy is fine and was very excited when she saw me, so settling in well to her new home. You looked after her very well as she looks really good and healthy. It took 3.5 hours to clear customs as, of course, a lot of documents were involved. The Spanish customs people were very helpful as well as the Swissport staff. I thought not being able to speak Spanish they might be difficult but it was quite the contrary. I have found this on previous occasions, even strangers on the street do not hesitate to help if asked. A good ending to the saga - Keep well.
