I just wanted to say thank you for getting Coal over to Northern Ireland safely. I was quite nervous about her undertaking such a big trip, the airline also delayed her flight but you let me know before they did, gave me a link to live track her movements and put me in touch with the company who would be looking after her for the night. They were wonderful, and when she arrived the next day, she was calm, inquisitive, and happy. I could not have asked for more. She has settled into her new surroundings incredibly well and having her here is making the adjustment so much easier. Thanks for the five-star service and taking such great care of her from the moment I dropped her off to the moment she arrived at my door halfway around the world.
