Lucy and Thor Have Arrived Safely in the UK 🐕❤️🇬🇧

Our journey started July last year. I was referred by a friend who had used Keringa’s services and was happy with the service received. They were very helpful in sending the required information and vaccination information for our dogs to be relocated to the UK. When we took the dogs to meet the team for measurements, they were all so friendly and welcoming. Our pets enjoyed the visit to the kennels which gave me comfort that they would be ok when they had to come. We left a month before our pets and Keringa-Petwings were in constant contact keeping me updated on the requirements and flight details. They were on time to collect our pets the day before the flight. I received an update on how the dogs were during their stay and they had already figured out our two dogs’ personalities. We also received pictures.

The flight information was accurate, and the staff were very helpful with all the questions I had. On arrival the team in the UK were on time, everything was in order and the dogs were released soon after our arrival at the airport. Keringa-Petwings were in constant contact with us on our 3-hour journey home and we shared the videos of our surprise to the kids. It was a very emotional experience, but Keringa-Petwings were there with us every step of the way. It’s been a week, and they are starting to settle in their new home Thank you for making our fur babies’ journey as seamless as possible.
