I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your assistance with the relocation of our pet to Germany. You answered all my questions promptly and without hesitation. I was under the impression that it is a stressful, frightening, and administrative process and prepared myself accordingly. However, with your help, it was surprisingly very easy and I cannot relate to any of the opinions I received in this regard.
