The pick-up of Zindzi on Monday morning went well, and I found your team professional (especially the custom-made box was very well done, and I also appreciated that the car to transport Zindzi was clearly labelled as animal transport). I also very much appreciated receiving feedback and pictures during Zindzi’s journey, it helped me know that she is doing well.
