I recently inherited my mum’s two dachshunds and, hand on heart, I can’t thank Danielle and the team at Keringa Petwings enough for their amazing service, support, and care.
I was in South Africa after my mum passed away and had a quick meeting with Danielle before returning to the UK. She was an absolute star, always answering my questions quickly. When there was an issue with our chip numbers, she spotted it immediately, giving us time to fix the problem.
Her kindness and friendliness made this huge and extremely stressful process so much easier.
The dogs were collected and spent two nights at the Keringa Kennels. We received photo updates, and they both looked super relaxed. We also had their tracking information and could follow their progress throughout the journey.
The UK logistics team reached out immediately after they landed, updating us on clearance and delivery times. The driver phoned to update us on his arrival time, and despite the long journey and stress, they arrived in excellent condition. The crates were fantastic, and it was clear the dogs had been very well cared for.
