We want to thank Danielle and Jonathan, and the Keringa-Petwings team, for the most amazing experience we had with our fur babies, Ginger and Harley. From the day we walked into Keringa-Petwings, the reception lady who greeted us and got Jonathan to show us the kennels, etc., and to you from the first email we sent enquiring about your services, it was phenomenal.
Danielle, you made the whole process unbelievably easy and stress-free for us. We literally had to do nothing except bring our fur babies to be boarded while we flew to Cambodia and settled into our new place, ready for our cats. From explaining the vet check process and keeping us updated on when they were checked over by your vets and when they left to fly to us. Even though the boxes they travel in were handmade for them. Also, that Qatar is strict about container sizes and that they must be able to stand up and turn around, put our minds at ease. We just had to sit back, get settled, and wait for our cats to arrive. And yes, for being patient with me, who was one of those worry bugs worrying about when they were travelling and layovers and up until they were driven nearly 6 hours via a big taxi by two amazing ladies to our doorstep. Wow! I cannot explain the amazing professional caring service by you! Thank you for the daily emails and photos of Ginger and Harley. You have no idea how these were the highlights of our days. Our cats have never been away from us so long, and especially for the first time that they were in kennels - practically a month - and especially the treat of a video call arranged so we could see them and meet the team.
