The Keringa-Petwings team was absolutely excellent. They assisted us with patience and compassion, and helped us step-by-step with the administration and complicated processes needed. They made it so easy to relocate our dear Dachshund, Lola, to the Netherlands safely. The kennel team did an exceptional job looking after Lola and kept us updated with the health certificate approval process, how she was doing while boarding, keeping in touch with messages and pictures, as well as our tracking number.
