We are so happy as Luna is home safe with her family. We collected her from Auckland yesterday and had a great 6-hour car trip. This experience has been stressful for us as a family but you guys have been awesome assisting us with looking after our furry baby. We cannot thank you enough for looking after Luna from early May until she departed South Africa on 7 July. She is a happy baby; slept on our bed under all the blankets. She has been settling down today exploring her new environment. Your love, hugs, attention, and caring staff have had a good effect and we are so glad we used you guys to transport Luna and put her in your caring, loving hands. You gave us peace of mind daily with updates and were always there to answer the calls. Thank you so much, we would recommend you any day. I am sure words can never thank you for the work done.
