We flew our cat, Milou, from Johannesburg to Amsterdam in March 2023. Keringa-Petwings (South Africa) and their colleagues, Zoologistics (Netherlands) were very responsive, professional, and caring. Milou was in good hands and the entire process was straightforward. Communication was timely and we were well-informed about the transportation and all the logistics involved and the compliance requirements. Milou was well taken care of and we definitely had peace of mind. They sent us pictures of Milou during the transfer which was very reassuring.
