On behalf of my family, we would like to extend our gratitude and love to Keringa-Petwings for their devotion to ensuring that our baby girl arrived safely from South Africa to Australia. We had a small window to bring our pet dog to Australia when we changed to Keringa-Petwings. D (pet travel agent) ensured that we got everything done within that time frame. She was kind and patient and really helped ease the anxiety we were feeling in those last months. They sent pics when our pet was with them in quarantine, they sent emails of assurance that our pet was fine. They were just amazing. The facilities are clean, the staff love our pets, and their love just radiates through the services they provide. Thank you again Keringa-Petwings for all that you have done.
