I’m hoping this will help put other Guinea parents at ease as I was extremely nervous about flying my 3 little Guineas from SA to the UK. I would recommend the Keringa-Petwings team, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They are very friendly and extremely caring towards the animals.
They set up meetings to answer any questions or concerns I had, guided me through everything step by step, in correspondence with the UK Quarantine facility, and organised all their paperwork and permits. I received photo updates on the day of their flights, of them in their crates at the airport before boarding. My 3 babies flew out on 10 April from OR Tambo to London Heathrow, a direct flight on British Airways. They arrived safely and healthy and were then transported directly to their Quarantine facility at London & Essex Kent’s Farm Boarding Kennels and Catteries."
